Passengers are allowed to cancel their booking without incurring any cancellation charges if done within 1 hour of actual departure time.
Cancellations made after the specified time frame may be subject to a cancellation fee based on vehicle arriavl/waiting time.
Driver Cancellation:
In the event that a driver cancels a confirmed booking, the passenger will not be charged any cancellation fees, and efforts will be made to assign an alternative driver promptly.

If a passenger fails to show up at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the full fare for the ride will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
Service Disruptions:
In the rare event of service disruptions, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances leading to the inability to provide the booked service, passengers will be refunded the full fare amount.
Unsatisfactory Service:
If a passenger is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, they may contact customer support within 1 hours of completing the ride to discuss their concerns. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
